  • mediterranean forest, rare mountain flowers, medicinal plants, aromatic herbs & wildlife
  • medieval villages and the countryside

  • basics of orienteering: map reading, compass work, simulated orienteering races and challenges!
  • nocturnal ascension of Mont Ventoux to watch the magnificent sunrise from the summit
